To do this exercise, start in a push-up position, but instead of lowering your body down, hold yourself up with your arms straight and your body in a straight line from head to heels. To do a woodchopper, hold a weight or medicine ball and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, twist your torso to one side and hold for a second, then twist to the other side and repeat for 3 rounds of 15-20 reps.


Bicycle Crunches are a variation of the traditional abdominal crunch exercise that targets the obliques and lower back muscles. To do a bicycle crunch, lie on your back with your hands behind your head and alternate bringing your knees towards your chest, as if pedaling a bicycle. Continue for 3 rounds of 15-20 pedals.


Finally, Core Superman is a great exercise for building core strength and improving posture. This exercise targets the lower back muscles and glutes by engaging the whole core area. To do a lower back exercise, lie on your stomach with your arms extended in front of you and raise your arms and legs off the ground, holding for a second. Lower your body back down and repeat for 3 sets of 15-20 lifts.
